  • Walk the customer through the plan and set realistic expectations.

Sanding & Installation Standards

  • Survey and moisture readings documented.
  • Prep: repairs, nails/screws, gap fill where specified.
  • Machine sequence and grit progression as per spec.
  • Edge/detail work to match field quality.
  • Vacuum between passes; dust control in place.
  • Finish: oil/varnish/hardwax as agreed; drying times explained.
  • Installations: subfloor prep, layout, expansion, fixings, transitions—all to checklist.

Customer Care & Aftercare

  • Walkthrough before and after.
  • Care guide left on site, with contact details for any questions.
  • Photos uploaded for quality records.

Safety & Insurance

  • Insurance and qualifications kept up to date.
  • Ppe and site safety compliant with guidance.
